Module 2 discussed the use of three technology tools. The technology tools are Twitter, Diigo, and Pixton. Each tool can be implemented in the classroom in several ways.

Despite being more of a social media platform, Twitter can still be a very effective tool in the classroom. It can be used to distribute significant articles that are found immediately. Additionally, it can be utilized to give the current generation a voice on trending issues. Using specialized terms known as hashtags, students can search for essential topics. High school and college classrooms would benefit most from using this technology. The ease with which children can access social media and the volume of damaging information available to them provide challenges for this tool.

You can use Diigo to enhance the quality of your searches and to assist you in organizing and centrally storing your digital discoveries. Diigos, an acronym for "Digest of Internet Information, Groups, and Other Things," is what it means. With the help of this application, you can easily annotate articles and other links. Additionally, it aids in the collaboration of information. Diigo is a fantastic resource for students in elementary school who are working on book reports and other research projects that require them to use the Internet to discover reliable information. Students could conveniently store information with the help of this information management system. The lack of written information on the targeted topics compared to digital information is a potential problem with this technology.

Finally, As an example tool, Pixton might be helpful in a classroom setting for younger students. The students may utilize Pixton to make educational comic strips that would convey the knowledge they wanted to share. Additionally, teachers can utilize Pixton to design interactive rubrics, engaging lesson plans, and avatar-making tutorials. Any project they are working on can benefit from adding a digital touch. These cartoons can attract the audience and aid in the audience's retention of information when projects are presented in front of a class. The grade levels of elementary and middle school would benefit most from this technology. With this technology, it may be difficult to see student inventiveness and the suitability of illustrations for specific subjects.

In all types of educational settings, digital tools are always improving and becoming more and more beneficial to teachers.
